By enrolling in DAPS University (“Program”), you (“Student”) voluntarily agree to release Direct Auto Plugs LLC (“DAPS”) from all liability associated with your participation.

1. Assumption of Risk

You understand that all training, coaching, materials, and guidance are educational only.
You accept full responsibility for all actions you take, decisions you make, and outcomes you experience during and after the Program.

2. No Guarantees

You understand and agree that DAPS does NOT guarantee:

• Employment

• Income

• Deal approvals

• Sales results

• Dealership placement

• DMV license approval or processing speed

3. Release of Liability

You voluntarily agree to release, waive, and discharge DAPS from any and all claims related to:

• Lost income or earnings

• Employment rejections

• Dealership outcomes

• Business losses

• Emotional distress

• Reputational harm

• DMV delays or denials

• Digital platform issues or outages

• Misunderstanding or misuse of training content

4. No Professional Advice

You understand the Program does not provide legal, financial, tax, or credit advice.

5. Personal Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Completing lessons

• Passing quizzes

• Applying training correctly

• Your conduct in dealerships

• Your communication and behavior

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DAPS from claims arising from your:

• Actions

• Behavior

• Misrepresentation

• Fraudulent submissions

• Violations of law or dealership policy

7. Binding Agreement

This liability waiver is binding and enforceable.
By enrolling, you agree you cannot file legal action against DAPS related to Program participation or outcomes.
