DAPS CIRCLE — MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

By subscribing to DAPS Circle (“Membership”), you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of Membership

DAPS Circle is a recurring digital membership that provides:

• Training materials

• Scripts and templates

• Community access

• Live calls and Q&A sessions

• Ongoing coaching support

Membership is NOT:

• A job guarantee

• A promise of income

• A guarantee of leads or approvals

• A certification program

2. Billing

Membership renews monthly until canceled by the user:

• Charges occur automatically

• No pro-rated refunds

• Failed payments may suspend access

3. Refund Policy

All payments are final.

No refunds for:

• Non-use of the Membership

• Missed calls

• Change of interest

• Removal due to misconduct

• Subscription auto-renewals

4. Conduct Requirements

Members must maintain respectful conduct inside the community.

Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassment or discrimination

• Threats or hostility

• Sharing paid materials

• Spam or self-promotion

• Illegal or unethical actions

Violation may result in removal WITHOUT refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content inside DAPS Circle is owned by Direct Auto Plugs LLC.
Members may not copy, share, screenshot, repost, distribute, or sell any materials.

6. No Liability

DAPS is not responsible for:

• Earnings

• Sales performance

• Dealership outcomes

• Business losses

• Technical platform failures

7. Termination

We may terminate Membership for violating this agreement.

8. Updates

This agreement may be updated at any time. Continued use = acceptance.
